My family and I have used this garage several times over the last 25yrs that we have lived in the area. Their service is always fantastic and more so the quality of the cars are always very high and the prices are very reasonable. In fact I am currently looking at a car there at the moment.
Went to see a Mazda 6 tourer there over the weekend, spoke to Tim, left me to look round the car, which I thought looked a little tatty, all tyres were different, cracked front bumper, loose seat covers poor paint repairs and so on. I told timthis and he asked me to show him, I thought ok if you really need me too. Showed him and he said they could be sorted, I thought they shouldn't be there on a 4 year old car, just shows signs of an owner that didn't care for it. Then he turned aggressive, like I had been insulting his child! Disappointing as he asked me to point the problems out, especially as other cars I've seen there have been of a high standard.
Tim and his colleagues are friendly, professional, honest and straightforward. I've genuinely never felt more confident while buying a car. I travelled from Northampton to buy a Focus I'd seen on Auto Trader. It was extremely competitively priced, with an excellent finance package and was presented exactly as described. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
