Chadder & Co have always given me a friendly welcome in their extensive studio. Their product knowledge is outstanding and their celebrity client list is extensive. People buy quality products for a reason. All my bathrooms are now Chadder & Co. bathrooms!
Ive had my Chadder bath and tap set for over 11 years and was delighted that they were still able to offer spares after I accidentally damaged the taps after all this time. Great service.
Please don't use these people. If we could give 0 stars we would. We delivered our bath to them (at a cost of 1000 because they needed it on site) in the expectation of a great job and within 4 months rust started to come through. Despite repeated calls they never came to look at the problems and the last call ended with "I'll call you back." That was a year ago. Absolutely the worst customer service.
Chadder and co have such a fantastic selection of roll-top baths and gorgeous fittings. I can't wait to fit out my new house. Great service, really know how to look after their customers.
